??近日，華頓國際學(xué)校國際高中部師生走進徐州市禁毒教育基地接受禁毒教育。本次活動以學(xué)生認(rèn)識毒品、預(yù)防毒品、警惕毒品的傷害為主要內(nèi)容，為禁毒教育打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
??Recently, the high school teachers and students of Walton International School Xuzhou came to Xuzhou Anti-Drug Education Base to raise awareness of the dangers of drugs. This activity mainly focused on students' understanding of drugs, drug prevention and the harmful nature of narcotics.
??在禁毒教育中心民警的引導(dǎo)下，同學(xué)們認(rèn)真地參觀各展廳，對禁毒的歷史及政策等有了全面了解。同時，禁毒教育中心民警向同學(xué)們介紹了毒品的概念和種類，以及毒品對人體的傷害，并通過觀看視頻、漫畫、模型等教具，讓同學(xué)們切身體會毒品對個人、對社會以及對國家所帶來的危害。

??Under the guidance of the police officers of the Anti-Drug Education Centre, the students carefully visited the exhibition halls and had a comprehensive understanding of the history and policy to combat drugs. At the same time, the police officers of the Anti-drug education Centre introduced the concept and types of drugs to the students, as well as the harm of drugs to the human body. By watching videos, cartoons, models and other teaching aids, the students experienced the harm brought by drugs to the individual, the society and the country.

??在禁毒公開課上，禁毒教育中心民警以生動形象的事例向同學(xué)們介紹了毒品的種類、怎樣預(yù)防毒品、毒品的危害、毒品與違法犯罪等相關(guān)知識。在講解過程中，同學(xué)們認(rèn)真聽講、積極回答民警提出的問題。

??In the open class of drug control, the police officers of the Anti-Drug Education Centre introduced the students to background information about different kinds of drugs and illegal crimes and other related knowledge with vivid examples. During the explanation, the students listened carefully and answered the questions raised by the police actively.

??此次活動堅持以人為本，在對學(xué)生進行毒品預(yù)防安全教育的基礎(chǔ)上，從根本上關(guān)心學(xué)生的成長和發(fā)展，使他們樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀和世界觀，培養(yǎng)他們健康的生活態(tài)度，珍惜、尊重自己和他人的生命，增強毒品預(yù)防意識和社會責(zé)任感，做“珍愛生命，遠(yuǎn)離毒品”的合格接班人和宣傳者。

??The activities adhered to the people-oriented, safe drug prevention education to students, to ensure that they understand and cultivate a healthy and responsible attitude towards life. By strengthening and educating younger generations we can raise awareness and enable our students to avoid making incorrect life choices and recognize and help others.
