We use a wide range of innovative Cambridge reading books to work on vocabulary, phonics and fluency. The students are encouraged to join in with choral reading as well as individually or together in small groups. This helps to facilitate peer review and independent learning while strengthening community structures.

Our aim is to complete a reading book per week with the emphasis on enjoyment and understanding. This is achievable by regular comprehension work set by the teacher which is completed either individually or as a class. The lessons are fully interactive and excellent audio tracks ensure that each student can follow the story throughout. The lessons are goal based, driven, hugely enjoyable and fully allow for students to develop their understanding of English and the world we live in.

We are now looking for enthusiastic, positive and qualified full time ESL-Teachers who have a genuine desire to teach primary school（age 7-12）and middle/high school students（age 13-18）at our modern International school in Xuzhou, Jiangsu ,China.

Requirements 招聘條件
1.Bachelor’s degree required

2.TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate 120 hours
具備120小時(shí)學(xué)時(shí)的TEFL/TESOL/CELTA證書
3.Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland
國籍是英語母語國家，如英國、美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、愛爾蘭等
4.More than 3 years teaching experience preferred
具備3年以上全日制學(xué)校教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5.Clean criminal record check
